Returns

  • Return Window: Must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, invoice, and packaging.

  • Unboxing Video Required: A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory.

  • Shipping Responsibility:

    • The customer bears the shipping cost for both sending the product back and the original delivery.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection and approval.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an unboxing video.

  • Return requests beyond 3 days from delivery will be automatically rejected.
